Swiss Garage was founded in 1968 and at that time primarily worked on air cooled Porsches and Volkswagens.  We continue to specialize in the repair and maintenance of German made vehicles and Volvos, however we also offer service and repairs of your Domestic and Asian autos as well.  We do perform state inspections and are licensed by the State of Texas as a Recognized Emissions Repair facility. We also honor most extended warranty contracts.

 

The staff of Swiss Garage has just over 200 years of combined experience in automotive repairs and service.  Our ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified mechanics have certifications in the following areas:

-Heating and Air Conditioning

-Electrical and Electronic Systems

-Suspension and Steering

-Engine Performance

-Automatic Transmission and Transaxle

-Manual Drive Train and Axles

Automobiles have become quite complex and a sizeable investment in scanners and software is absolutely necessary to properly diagnose and repair today’s vehicles.  We use Baum DS2021 and I-SCAN scanners, Porsche Durametric Diagnostic software, Ross Tech Vag/Com Audi/VW software, Bosch Systems Tester, Launch and Snap-On scanners and continually add and update equipment and software.

 

Swiss Garage is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and has been a BBB Accredited Business since 1995.  An Accredited Business designation by the BBB can only be obtained by maintaining a BBB rating of A+ on a scale of A+ to F.

 

Swiss Garage is a Bosch Authorized Service shop.  The majority of fuel injection systems and anti-lock braking systems (ABS) in use today use components manufactured by, or under design license from Bosch.  As the original equipment supplier of these components, Bosch is the logical company to originate the idea of authorized independent service centers, which have the proper equipment and employ mechanics specifically trained to trouble shoot and maintain Bosch systems.

 

Swiss Garage is a member of the International Automotive Technician’s Network.  IATN is the largest network of automotive repair professional in the world.  The members of this group exchange technical knowledge with their peers around the globe, sharing 1.7 million years of automotive repair and maintenance experience.
